Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor with a strong background in the restaurant industry to oversee daily accounting operations and lead the accounting team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain efficient accounting processes, and support management through reliable financial data. This role requires hands-on accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to accounting staff
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with management to support financial planning and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role
• Must have accounting experience in the restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
