Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports
- Assist with month-end closings and audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Collaborate with teams to improve financial processes
- Support management with financial analysis as needed
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial analysis, compliance, financial statements, general ledger accounting, and both accounts receivable and payable.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial reports, manage bookkeeping tasks, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
