Job Overview

Startek is hiring Back Office Customer Service Representatives to support internal operations and customer accounts through non-voice tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, career shifters, and applicants with no BPO experience, as full training will be provided.

As a Back Office CSR, you will focus on data processing, documentation, and account updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and update customer records accurately
• Perform data entry, validation, and documentation tasks
• Review and resolve back-office requests and transactions
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports and records
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• No BPO or Back Office experience required
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Good written communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Available to start January 2026
