Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Business Associate, you are responsible in managing email communications and handling inbound calls to provide exceptional support to healthcare providers and clients.

As part of the email management responsibilities, you will address provider inquiries, organize and prioritize messages, and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers. Your ability to manage email communications efficiently will ensure seamless interactions and contribute to excellent customer experience.

In the call-handling capacity, you will respond to inbound calls and emails, resolving claim-related inquiries and collaborating with billing and finance teams to address outstanding issues. This role demands strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle provider/client calls and emails, update case information accurately, resolve concerns, and escalate advanced issues as needed.
  • Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly and professionally while maintaining high responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate provider concerns, collaborate with departments for complex cases, and ensure all inquiries are documented and resolved promptly.
  • Productivity Standards: Meet performance metrics, including call volume, handling times, and overall productivity.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any college degree.
  • Must have 2+ years in a Healthcare BPO setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of medical terminology is likely to be encountered in medical claims denials.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City and US shifts
