QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Graduate with at least 1 year CCE

Above-average English communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good comprehension skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Willing to work weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via phone (voice support) in a professional and courteous manner

Respond to customer inquiries related to account information, services, billing, and general concerns

Provide accurate and timely resolutions while following company policies and procedures

Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary

Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy and security standards

Participate in training, coaching sessions, and team meetings as required
