职位描述：
这是一个兼职线上ESL（英语作为第二语言）辅导老师的远程岗位。ESL辅导老师将负责教授非母语者英语，开展在线辅导课程，评估学生的学习进度并提供反馈。辅导老师还需通过互动且富有吸引力的学习体验，提升学生的英语语言能力。
资格：
- 拥有在线/线下ESL辅导经验
- 具备英语教学、对外英语教学及教学技能
- 熟悉各种在线教学工具和平台
- 拥有TESOL、TEFL或CELTA认证者优先
要求：
- 可在北京时间周一至周五18:00-22:00、周六至周日08:00-21:00的高峰时段，每周至少工作16小时
