Coordinate and monitor import and export shipments from booking to delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., Master Waybill, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
Ensure timely lodgment and processing of entries with customs and other regulatory bodies.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all customs regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Compute and validate duties, taxes, and freight charges.
Handle claims and issues related to damaged or lost shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to optimize freight operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date freight and shipment records.
Analyze freight costs and propose cost-saving initiatives
Location assignment will be on Aseana 2 Paranaque City.

Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms.
Familiarity with manifest processing, lodgment, and tariff classification.
Proficient in shipment documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple shipments simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus.
