Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join a growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a Google Ads specialist with strong experience in both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.


You will be responsible for strategy, audits, and performance optimisation across multiple client accounts, while also supporting team members with limited Google Ads experience. This is a key role within a fast-paced, results-driven agency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation clients
  • Conduct in-depth account audits and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting end-to-end
  • Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS/CPL performance
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Support and train junior team members on Google Ads best practices
  • Implement tracking and event measurement using Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Prepare clear monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
  • Collaborate with creative, email, and Meta Ads teams on integrated campaigns
  • Stay updated on Google Ads features and industry trends


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a marketing agency
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce and lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Ads Editor
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to lead strategy and guide non-specialists


Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certifications
  • Experience with Merchant Center, feed optimisation, and enhanced conversions
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Shopify, and Klaviyo
  • Understanding of landing page CRO
