Recruitment

1. Coordinate with respective immediate head for schedule of final interview.

2. Screening of applicants and administer aptitude examinations.

3. Assists the newly hired employees in processing the necessary pre-employment requirements

Timekeeping

1. Process timekeeping of all direct or indirect employees of the assigned companies.

2. Process and issuance of payslips every cut-off period.

Other Functions

1. Other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Industrial Psychology or any related course.
• With at least one (1) year experience in all facets of HR.
• Organized and keen into details.
• With good communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and can deal with different people.
• Can handle pressure, trustworthy and hardworking.
• Willing to be assigned in FPJ Ave Quezon City.
• Can start ASAP.
