Job Description

Reports to Business Development and Marketing Head. Marketing Associate's main role is to assist the Marketing group in developing a Marketing Plan and execute and implement the programs and activities according to FDMMC marketing and brand standards.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Marketing department by carrying out daily tasks to facilitate processes and duties of the Marketing Manager/Business Development Head.
  • Initiates and develops projects or programs with partners/clients and internal departments relevant to the marketing and business directions of FDMMC.
  • Oversees and develops internal and external marketing communications, memos, and newsletters according to FDMMC brand standards and the developed marketing plan project.
  • Promotes and upholds the FDMMC brand through developing and implementing marketing activities by engaging patients/clients of FDMMC and the local community prospects.
  • Maintains customer database acquired from activities and events as part of the required monthly reports and use for future promo communications.
  • Organizes lectures, symposiums, activities, and promotions for hospital clients.
  • Responsible for submitting weekly accomplished reports to the department head of all marketing developments and concerns and provides analysis and recommendations for the same.
  • Represents the Marketing group in acquiring significant partnerships and building relationships with health and safety groups in the community, professional organizations, and brands that are aligned with FDMMC’s mission of upholding the culture.
  • Maintains and upholds the FDMMC brand and culture as support to the Marketing team.
  • Attends workshops, classes, and seminars to constantly be updated on the latest marketing strategies and trends in the industry and shares these learnings with the team.


Job Specifications

Educational Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Marketing, Management, or Advertising, or equivalent work experience.


Work Experience

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing and advertising.


Competency

  • With excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • With knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
  • With excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • With events management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with photo manipulation and video editing software is a plus.


Working Conditions

  • The employee shall work mostly in an office setup with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.
  • May be requested to work extended hours and/or weekends as work demands.
