Job Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running paid ads across major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. This role is also responsible for designing landing pages and optimizing them for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Design and develop landing pages tailored to ad campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform A/B testing on landing pages and ad creatives to improve ad performance and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and landing page optimization.
  • Troubleshoot issues within campaigns and landing pages to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI on paid media channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and lead generation through advertising.
  • Solid experience designing and optimizing landing pages for maximum performance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially during flexible working hours.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to campaign management and problem-solving.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, or Figma for landing page design.

Necessities
