Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Psychology/ Human Resources.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related role
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Relations, and Payroll
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
